Saravanan Manorkorum

Saravanan co-founded Da Vinci Group Singapore in 2012 and is the Chief Executive Officer of the company. He did his Bachelor of Science from the National University of Singapore with a focus in Neurobiology. Saravanan also gained extensive research experience in Temasek Life Sciences Laboratory and A*STAR. His work involved understanding neuronal path finding and neuro receptor associations. Following his research career, Saravanan moved into the field of business consulting and recruitment management which inspired him to start Da Vinci Group.

 

At Energy Resourcing Singapore, Saravanan led a team of recruitment consultants in the oil and gas sector to boost revenue in Asia. Energy Resourcing Singapore is a fully owned subsidiary of Worley Parsons. He was responsible for setting up the team from scratch. He led training and development together with business development. He was pivotal in forming a highly driven sales team.


Sports has always been an integral part of Saravanan’s life. Having played rugby and cricket he considers himself a serious sportsman. Being in a phase where he is looking for new challenges, Saravanan has embarked on a new journey to explore himself through Kendo. Saravanan has always been fascinated with the Japanese culture. The discipline and respect that comes with Kendo has been a guiding light in his endeavors and he has made Kendo a life-long commitment.

Amutha Saravanan

Amutha co-founded Da Vinci Group Singapore in 2012 and is the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, she founded Amooo’s – an original in early 2012, which focuses on creating ceramic wares that crystallize beautiful memories in a tangible form for a wide range of audiences. The business was featured in The Business Times Singapore in October 2014. She is frequently commissioned for her artwork and her pieces have found homes both locally and internationally.

 

Amutha did her Masters in Social Sciences, Psychology by Research with a focus in Clinical Neuropsychology at the National University of Singapore. After which, she joined Egon Zehnder and discovered her passion for

pottery. After four years in Egon Zehnder, she married her two interests to form Da Vinci Group.

 

A native Singaporean, Amutha also speaks Japanese and has won the championship in the Secondary, Junior College and Open categories of the Japanese Speech Contest, which is an annually held competition organized by the Japanese Cultural Society, the Japanese Association, the Japanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Japanese University Graduates Association in Singapore.
